This was a fabulous service. I moved from Orange to 02 and Orange made this as difficult as possible. They took 15 days to tell me I could not have my mobile unlocked, and that was after many phone calls. For 2 of those I was hung up on after being put on hold for about 1o minutes, another was extremely rude and everyone told me something different when I called.

I digress! After searching online I found this after being scammed by another company and I have to say the service was excellent!!!

iPhone was unlocked within 2 days, easy and hassle free. No need to continue to unlock everytime you update your software.

I don't usually write reviews but think this is an excellent service and would highly recommend the friends. If they can afford it.

Excellent service. delivered as promised, worth every penny nay pound spent. Had been searching for this on the net for long, most of the websites made hollow promises low costs and no delivery.

Will certainly recommend to all for trouble free unlock and service.

when i downloaded software my computer was giving me problems..however when i posted my phone to the company every thing was fixed. just as the sites states, they guarantee that your problem will be fixed. the customer service was very efficient and friendly. I am pleased with their service, although there were some hiccoughs... a good and trustworthy site/company! :)

the service is exactly as stated in the website.. plug to itunes and unlock your phone. 3 days and i have an unlock phone with no worries :). very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone!!

I was running into roadblock after roadblock when Jody came to my rescue. He was fantastic and stayed with me the entire time, patiently walking me through the process until my iphone was finally unlocked and ready to go. Slightly expensive at £80 however it took just 3 days to get my phone unlocked, over a weekend, and worked exactly as stated on the website. I now have an iphone that is fully un-locked and I need not worry about it locking up again when new firmware is released. I got an email telling me when the phone would work, and all I had to do was connect to itunes, and that was it. Does exactly what it says on the tin, if you are happy to part with £80, it is well worth it.

All as is said pay your money give information and three days later connect to iTunes and your iPhone is free to work with any network, expensive but easy and permanent.

Brilliant worked exactly as it was suppossed to, all download links provided, one click, and functioning without a glitch. Instructions really clear with everything coming up on sreen as and when described.

One tricky bit holding and releasing buttons at the right times, but just hit the "go back" button and have another go.

Have done it on two first generation iphones running the very first iOS, the other 3.1.3. Both now run 3.1.3 without a hitch. Having tried other unlocking sollutions i would highly reccomend this.

Iphone unlock UK might be more expensive than a lot of other unlock companies out there but the permanent unlock option is so simple - all you have to do is connect your iphone to itunes and it automatically unlocks. Also they work with Apple to unlock the phone so it doesn't ruin your warantee. Customer service were very prompt in answering any questions, however, they could be a little more concise with their responses.

I had spent very much money trying to have my iPhone 3gs unlocked by the softwate route - all with no success or any refunds as stated when purchased. Then I found the official unlocking service from iphoneunlockuk.com - waited 7 days (Apple do not consider weekends as part of the process)and now the phone is unlocked on the Apple servers for my current update 4.3.1 and all future updates. Thank you to the team.

I never imagined that the service is so wonderful. Very prompt in the service. When the initial order was placed it was said, this will be unlocked in 5 to 7 days. It happen the same way. I am very happy though i spent a big money will not regret. There was no need to call anyone for assistance, it happen exactly the way it was instructed in 20 min time after starting the process. for the factory unlock Very attentive, straight to the point, and accurate.

As for the software unlock, kind of misleading but saved my faith thru the factory unlock, which i highly recommend to anyone with a locked iphone.

Hi, just had my iphone unlocked and what can i say nothing could be more simpler than connecting the phone to itunes waiting a few seconds and its unlocked, more than happy and great value for money would recommend to anyone especially if you not very pc minded like myself. So if you having concerns or issue there is a technical helpline to talk to but its that easy even i done it thanks again...............................

Superb customer service - answered my questions via email in a matter of hours. Got my iphone 4 factory unlocked, has worked perfectly. was locked to orange now using a vodafone sim! whole process took about 3 days. really good unlock no chance of virus's etc.. compared to other online unlock services. I have to mark something in iTunes to make it safe to work with iTunes. ??

Hi Lars - thanks for the comments! You can connect your iPhone to iTunes whenever you like, and sync the iPhone fine. Just be sure to say No to any updates until you have checked our website - its as easy as that.

Well it was a long wait but well worth it! Email comes in from the team saying unlock for iphone 3GS 4.0 is now available. I log into my account and within 5 minutes my phone is jailbroken and unlocked to all networks! Tried Orange and Vodafone and both worked a treat! Cheers guys!

Your service and interface just gets better - I am very non tech but after a problem with 2.01 which you solved very quickly !

- the upgrade to 2.1 and restoring Cydia has the best interface instruction yet - i was able to do it very easily and it was much more user friendly

Brilliant - I have not gone for the 3G - cant see the point and Vodafone have cut my airtime cost by 50% to keep my business

I have upgraded my wife's 8gb and my 16gb with your product. Both phones initially reacted differently, and at first attempt (I'm not computer brilliant) both failed.
