Don't buy support or free software from sites with no company behind them - you won't have anywhere to turn to should things go wrong as there is no legal entity behind the website. Most unlocking websites are run by opportunists and you are buying a complex set of instructions which link to free software which you will not be supported with. As with any internet-based company you haven't used previously and are about to engage in a transaction with, communicate with them before purchase - if you get no reply, you know you're not going to get a reply for any support you need either. Be very aware of digital goods sellers using Paypal - although Paypal claim to offer Buyer Protection this is not the case for software, only the actual delivery of physical goods. Your credit card offers far greater protection than Paypal. Often customers come to us having bought software that doesn't work and ask how they can get their money back, but because the software was delivered digitally, Paypal just aren't interested, close the dispute and you lose your money.
