iPhone Firmware 1.1.4 rumoured features….
iPhone firmware 1.1.4 is obviously in development at Apple, there have been several stories lurking around the internet. Here are the features that are rumoured to be included:
- Support for Adobe Flash as well as files with extensions .doc, .txt, .docx
- Use your iPhone as an external hard drive
- A file manager (to manage files, documents etc on the iPhone)
- Support for Copy and Paste
- A clipboard to manage aforementioned copied and pasted text
- More complete Bluetooth support (send and receive files - finally!)
- iChat (over WiFi)
- MMS
Do not update from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3
For anyone waiting an unlock for their 1.1.2 Out of the Box (OTB) iPhone, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you do NOT update to 1.1.3 once it is comes out (Sometime this month).
