I just tried to unlock all works well although it did not activate the phone. I tested it in calling it and sending an sms and it seems ok. I am in Malta under GO mobile. the Iphone had 1.1.4 and on the PC. Any ideas?
Yes Karl - you need to use the AppSupport Patch for 1.1.4 in foreign countries. You can find this in our iphoneunlockuk.com/apps installer category. Please see the unlock area for full information.

I down load the software and unlocked my 1.1.2 phone, then accidentially deactivated it when i got back home to Lilongwe, Malawi. Now I just get the emergency telephone menu. How can i fix this problem?

If you’re already one of our customers then simply perform the unlock again - you can do it as many times as you like. If you’re not a customer, then simpy purchase our software!

Nick - if a technician does the work then you do still also get a login to our website and hence unlimited support and the ability to download all our software updates for the lifetime of your iPhone.

i buy an iphone but i’m in belgium, the were all the operators have not yet agreement to provide this phone can i use it anyway.
Of course - you can use any of the Belgian networks in your iPhone, you simply put the sim card into the iPhone

Michael - you don’t update to 1.1.4 using installer. All updates are done using iTunes and then unlocked with our software.

Hi there,
I bought two “SIM” cards (the golden ones) at your store in London about 4 weeks ago for my two 1.1.2 iPhones and had both phones Jailbraked in your shop.
Do I have to pay another 39 or 69 to use the new software and what should I do generally. Should I put the golden SIM out, then restore the phone via iTunes and then use your new Software.

Guys - I purchased your turbo-sim based solution to unlock my 1.1.2 US iphone in January - what do I do now? Do I need to remove the Turbo SIM? Do I need to re-run your software? Can I upgrade via iTunes? Some help would be appreciated
You need to restore to 1.1.4 (not update) using iTunes, login to the website, download the latest software and follow the instructions. You won’t need the turbo sim any more either

I am hoping to use a dual sim holder once my iphone has been unlocked so that I can alternate between 2 different o2 accounts. Will this unlock software allow me to alternate between the 2 sims without difficulties?

I have just bought the latest 16gb I phone in Hong Kong. It was sim free but I Tunes wouldnt recognise it. Naturally, as soon as I reset, it no longer worked and I have found a note saying a 2 year contract is required with an overseas US company. Will your software work or have I wasted a lot of money?

I have a french iPhone which i paid the additional 100 euros to unlock to use my other french operators sim card. It took over 2 months to eventually get it working and then a month later I have just updated to 1.1.4 and I now cant use my sim card again. Apple tell me that it is an issue with the sim card being too old but thats rubbish I believe. The reason I paid for Apple to unlock it was down to warranty. I have already had to use this as the screen cracked in the first couple of months and the phone was replaced immediately. If I unlock the phone with you how does my Apple warranty stand?
Your warranty remains as you have an iPhone contract. You simply restore the phone if you wish to remove its ‘unlocked’ state.

Is it legally acceptable to go to Carphone Warehouse buy a phone for £269 unlock it with your software and then continue with my £15 a month O2 contract or would Apple or O2 have an issue with me??

I would like to add my comments regarding 1.1.4 One-Click Software.
Got bought the iphone for Xmas 07 . Installed 1.1.2
and every time I UP GRADE to the next update its makes me smile. You boys and Girl that, (A). Have hacked this software are 1 in a million . (B). The sellers of iphoneunlockuk are clearly a world leader also.
It goes to show that Apple should sit up an take note. They have a world leading product that is clear, and should be proud that people want to investigate the iphones strengths. Above and beyond what Apple currently offer us all . I love APPLE 100% , and would never buy a PC product EVER.. The fact that you have given the iphone a better start by hacking it is Fab . Hi - I have a previously jailbroken and cracked iPhone 8gb running 1.1.2 this was NOT cracked using your software.
Can I use your software from now on to update, and if so - will I have to completely lock and unlock the phone again?

My I-Phone is running 1.1.2 if I was to purchase this software and follow the proceedure to update to 1.1.4 will I lose all data currently saved on the phone?
No you won’t Stuart - because whenever you connect the iPhone to your computer iTunes automatically backs everything up, and hence once you’ve upgraded you simply restore your settings and data from the iTunes backup, it asks if you want to do this.
