We provide an unlock solution for your iPhone and iPhone 3G so that it runs on any network worldwide, and also gives you access to features that Apple deem 'inappropriate' (click on our 'Application Package' on the left for more information), and we also back that up with amazing aftersales support from our UK-based call centre. That doesn't mean you need to based in the UK to call us - our number works internationally!

We also provide our customers with ringtones, wallpapers, games, and thousands of applications for their iPhone.

Can you unlock any iPhone?

Yes ALL 2G and 3G (yes - 3G!) iPhone versions including v3.0 using PURE software. 2G - £19.99, 3G - 29.99!

Can you unlock the iPhone 3G running firmware 2.2.1 and baseband 2.30.03?

Yes - you simply upgrade your iPhone to version 3.0 using iTunes and then run our unlocking software! 2.2.1 is not software unlockable, but version 3.0 is.

What is a piggyback sim?

A piggyback sim is a wafer-thin device in the shape of a sim card, which contains electronics to unlock a device for any network. When placed on top of your own sim and put into the iPhone, it allows the iPhone to run on any GSM network worldwide. Whilst not as convenient or reliable as a software unlock (the network detects you are running a piggyback after about a week, and will boot you off, you'll have to take the sim out, put into a non-3g phone, get signal, then place back into the iPhone), they are useful for when no software unlock is available, such as is the case with iPhone 3G Firmware 2.2.1. Now that iPhone version 3.0 is out, these are no longer needed.

Can you unlock the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS running firmware 3.0?

Firmware 3.0 will be able to be unlocked using just software (no piggyback sim needed!)

Can you unlock the new UK and US iPhones? What about French and German iPhones?

We can unlock them all! For any network using just software.

How long does it take after purchase to get the software?

We deliver the software immediately - you get a login to our members unlocking area.

What does the procedure involve?

That's it - no complicated downgrading, or entering complex commands on the iPhone.

What features will I lose?

The only feature which won't work is Visual Voicemail - as thats a network-specific function.

Will it work with future updates to the iPhone?

YES! Unlike our competitors, once our software is installed on the iPhone you can easily and safely upgrade using the standard iTunes procedures without fear of being locked out. This is an industry first.

Do I need my phone 'activated' with AT&T or O2?

Your phone does not need to be activated with AT&T or O2 whatsoever - our software activates the iPhone for you.

Does it work with a fresh 'out of the box' iPhone?

Absolutely - in fact this is the best way to use our software.

If I do a restore after unlocking the phone do I need to run the unlock again?

Tested to the latest version - currently 2.2, an unlocked phone remains unlocked even after doing a restore in iTunes

Is it completely unlocked for voice and data use with any alternative carrier?

We have tested both voice and data extensively in multiple countries, using various different carriers and have found no problems. (iPhone software update 2.0.0 or later is required to enter the correct provider details for data usage)

Is it easy to install?

Unlike other methods currently available, our software is by far the simplest and quickest to install and set up.
